Attorneys for Playboy's White House correspondent argued that the Trump administration violated his First Amendment rights and due process when it suspended his press pass following a confrontation with Sebastian Gorka last month.

After a two-hour hearing, Judge Rudolph Contreras said that he will issue a decision by Tuesday.
